Ensure the network works
Transtema previously consisted of 16 different companies. Those who knew about the brand associated it with the laying of fiber cables. The challenge was to create a clear Transtema brand which represented what they actually do: operation and monitoring of communication networks. We developed the promise, “Ensure the network works” and thus created a clear and long-term position for Transtema. Step one of the launch ensured people met the “new” Transtema at all key touch points, such as web, service cars, annual report, etc. This meant the new position had a quick impact both internally and with customers and investors.
